Trauma

When does stress turn into trauma? You’ve probably had the thought of “why can’t I get over this, when others can?”. Sometimes you’re sitting in a work meeting when memories of THAT event keep popping up and now you can’t focus. Talking about THAT event makes you feel angry or upset with others and you avoid it at all costs. Something reminds you of THAT event and now you’re frozen, thoughts racing, anxiety spiked. This feels debilitating and is negatively impacting your life, relationships, and health.

Trauma is subjective and if something distressing has negatively impacted you in such a way that you feel like you just can’t move on from it, please reach out to schedule a free consultation so we can chat about potentially working together.
