You’ve taken a great first step towards getting help! It all starts by reaching out via text, phone call, or email.
I will then schedule you for a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk a little bit about your needs and if working together is the right fit for both of us.
After this, I will schedule our first session together where we will go more in depth with goals, history, etc. We’ll also review a bunch of paperwork that I will have sent you prior to this first session. This is typically scheduled for 60 minutes.
Once we get all of that out of the way, then we will schedule regular therapy sessions (typically every 2 weeks or every week) and begin working towards your identified goals.

You might be asking yourself if online therapy (also referred to as 'telehealth’ or ‘virtual therapy’) is right for you. That’s tough to say! Some folks enjoy the flexibility and convenience of being able to conduct therapy in a safe space like their own home. Others prefer to have a bit of separation from therapy and their home life.
If you are unsure, we can chat during our consultation if online therapy would be the right fit for your unique situation.
