Life is full of anxiety and stress. You are constantly being pulled in multiple directions at once. Between work, family, friends and hobbies - it can feel like you are drowning in your own schedule. You’re also a people-pleaser, always saying “yes” to everyone, regardless of whether you’re already over-committed.
Your mind is constantly running, never seeming to be able to shut off when you lay down to sleep or try to be present with your friends and family. Similar feelings of anxiety and overwhelm can pop up with major life transitions – a new job, a breakup, a big move. Having to start over, in any capacity, leaves you feeling lost and lonely.
